I see nothing sinister about the sell down.Michael Hapgood is one of the original owners of Accent Group New Zealand when it was taken over by RCG Corp. In the takeover he was issued these shares. Naturally any investor would want to slowly diversify their holdings. Would you want the baulk of your wealth in one company shareholding???
