No, he is certainly entitled to sell down on his substantial holding, however if he continues to sell down the board of directors should question whether he retain his position as a board member.
His sell off up to now is not an issue in my opinion but if it continues the BOD and Chairman would be derelict in their duties if questions were not asked of him as to what his intentions are and then inform the market.
