I have had a good look at the trading in our securities over the period where two of our directors have sold off a substantial parcel of shares between them (4,571,425 shares) Each time an ASX announcements is released notifying the market of directors selling our share price has suffered a downturn? Prior to David Gordon selling 4,000,000 shares or share price was $1.61 Today it currently sits at $1.51 What is now a concern is the current buy and sell levels. There are 76 buyers for a total of 515,000 shares compared to 119 sellers for a total of 970,000 shares. This is a very different scenario to what has been the situation prior to these directors selling down on their holdings. If this is the end of their selling then all well and good, but if it continues I will certainly be making a phone call for a please explain. I am always wary when directors start selling off their holdings.
