What did the two directors know that us ordinary shareholders didn't??? Our share price has been in decline ever since they sold off some of their holdings, David Gordon in particular sold a substantial quantity of his holdings. They sold at about $1.60 and today we are down again to currently $1.39 per share!!! Shareholders should always be concerned when their directors are selling their holdings on market, especially if one of them is the company Chairman!!! Taking into account todays considerable decline I think it is now well overdue for the CEO to give his shareholders an update on why our share price has fallen since their sell off??? The annoying factor here also is that our share price was on the rise until they decided to take some profits.
