Why weren't all the shares performance based? Instead he got a heap for 5.4c for doing nothing. ie a free profit with the "promise" that he may increase future sales and thereby make himself another profit. Meanwhile, our shares have all been diluted in price and the price has continued to drop accordingly. All his shares should have been performance based. What a joke.
