Swiss Gnome the challenges for Vango's stake (hence control of the agenda) in DAU is stymied by the Chinese owned block of shares , particularly Columbus Minerals Pty Ltd which is basically run by Malcolm and Annie. VAN needs support from at least one other shareholder to make material changes.
Its a shame that DAU's propaganda against the takeover from VAN convinced too many shareholders to remain with DAU. You are now all getting what you voted or didn't vote for!
