I've been to a couple of AGMs; personally I think it's pointless one person challenging mgmt when most of the people that attend these functions just want to be reassured by mgmt and don't want to hear dissenting voices.

As for contacting the company directly, I have done so, but as you well aware, they cannot provide anything that may be sensitive, so the response is very general and usually references an existing disclosure.

At the end of the day, people may not be confronting mgmt, but they should be seeing market evaluation of their performance and prospects reflected in the share price; the market is definitely not perfect, but when you look at the chart, the 3 year trend should highlight what the broader investment community thing of progress.
