At the time no one wanted to buy the then BUL. I doubled my holding the day b4 JEF announced his purchase, my best ever timing. I paid 2.3cps. I daresay ANZ would have sold their parcel to anybody around the price JEF paid but that's the risk he was prepared to take. However his knowledge of the asset/s and industry a big advantage.
