Seems like a few issues here but am I right in this already has a ML approval?
LME levels are pretty low, like a tenth of what was there 5 yrs ago. This mine is a big one as far as I my limited research has got so far. Maybe this guy is buying as he sees value? At 2c it is as cheap as it has ever been as well. Can't see why the price of zinc hasn't moved a lot further forward either based on these levels?
