All of these change of Directors notices regarding Karl is a gr8 way of breaking up any continuous thread on HC regarding CDM or Karl’s management of it. !!!! Almost a record setting history of continuous Change of Directors Notices. I wonder if they will turn out to be wise purchases given the damage that ARQ has done to the fund and Karl’s finances, and the fact that we go down by the elevator and up by the stairs. Also an interesting article I have posted previously from Market Matters regarding the amount of dividend being paid by CDM compared to the amount being received by CDM from the companies it holds. It would seem that the dividends being paid by CDM may not have been sustainable, worrying given that that was one of the big selling points Karl was spruiking to SMSF trustees.
