I know other contributors will be able to state the facts but I was just assuming he has to disclose all holdings that he has a direct association with. Given he has a direct association (and notwithstanding he may not be the only beneficiary) he clearly has a massive personal interest in the success of this business. I take that as a huge positive.

For a number of years there were regular announcements about new board members and executive roles, and I was always bemused that hardly any of them held any shares at all, and those that did were small holdings. The fact that JT is up his armpits in this, suggests he is totally committed.

Honest Jack, even if he ONLY had an interest in 50 million shares, I would suggest that would be enough reason for him to do everything he can to get NET to $1.00 and more. I am just getting impatient about some 'guidance'. Having more partnerships and reseller agreements than we can count on fingers and toes sounds great (and hopefully will be) but some guidance right now would be appreciated by all IMO.
