I am glad the bandaid is getting ripped off fast.
Question: It says she has over 150,000 ordinary shares (in addition to the time based shares she just sold). She sold her time based rights but was she also planning on selling all her ordinary shares? I know that selling 90k odd shares is a large sum to most investors but for a CEO of a company with a market cap around $10b, I would think its not a huge amount? Are there more sales coming?
Another question: The performance rights.. when will they be converted to shares she can sell?
