For the sake of total transparency - there are no actual $ figures that have been announced that can be directly quoted. There are some publically announced estimate figures available (do not ask as I will not tell) and then there is a whole lot of envelope calculations.
The spec is just a spec again - rock kickers.
I also imagine that $60-70M plant capex to production is also just a memory now.
