I would not read too much into a director buying stock. Sometimes it is necessary to demonstrate commitment to the company when doubt would otherwise prevail.
Whilst it is very rarely a bad thing, it should not be construed as a special endorsement or indicator of future value.

Can adverse market movements interfere with the plan and/or its success? Absolutely. Many clients will run from advisers in any market downturn, just when they need advice the most. Such is the uncertainty ahead in the integration of Count Financial.
By the same token, if the newly acquired clients can see value in the CP service, this transaction can be transformational and catapult revenue and earnings over the next 3 years.
