It is not about whether Ms Blight deserves to unload some money off the table. She is an employee of Alcidion as well as spouse of co-founder and non-executive chairman, she should've made fully aware of the company share trading policy, by breaching this policy it gives the company a bad look on the company management/board professionalism, I sincerely hope this kind of mistake would not be seen again and Mr Blight will buy some shares on market when the next window becomes available.
