Maybe she knew BL was going to dump he's 5 million and decided to get in first before him?
Either way between him and her, they sure ruined the whole momentum and sentiment of ALC and just before the announcement which is a real suck !!!! They planted doubt into shareholders minds, and those that may have thought to get in before the announcement probably changed their minds, that and the uncertainty of world markets as well..... perfect negative storm.
