That's the problem we can never tell who it was. It may be a whisper from him to her, colleague to her, etc..
She might have done it to spite him or it may simply be just total innocence and she is just plain stupid.
I doubt she reads HC but the damage has been done to the share price and she got to sell $120K 17.5c. Now there's a massive sell down -12%

Again I make the point if she "had no idea" then she should not be in charge of $ hundreds of thousands or $ millions.
