Why would we agree to that performance metric retrospectivly in Nov that had already acheived thats not an incentive at all... and In june... 2018? The share price is down 50% from there the difference between the two I would have agreed was a fair metric to measure (though still not sufficient or appropriate on it's own) and would have at least made sense and been an actual incentive.
