Wow that’s a shit load of options (8 million!) to lose if this doesn’t double by December this year.
Pressure is on!
I was initially confused and frustrated at the cap raise that happened this week, but now it all kinda makes sense. Management has said “no thanks” to a partial project sell down offer (even if was at market premium) and decided to give current institutional and retail holders shares at bargain prices. Basically, they’d prefer to work with current shareholders.
While CATL has also been given 8% of the company very cheap, this is also strategic.. see it as us paying them for their support and expertise.
Onwards and upwards PLS!
