Even ignoring management its not a compelling shell to invest in IMO, MSE for example was a shell with similar players but with cash and alot less SOI... this does not have that benefit.

Following any acquisition likely to have over 5 bil SOI (incl. raising of say $1 mil with acq. and vendor shares etc.)... so at .004 (1 bag from .002) your looking at at MC of $20 mil at least (likely more).... going to need to be an absolute pearler of an acq. to justify that.
