While that is certainly one way to look at it, I don’t believe these kinds of Venture Capital firms invest a company for short terms(<2 years). But I agree that THC might have not done well enough since they put money in.

Just had a quick search of Mr Xu’s current indirect interests, and found this on the Une-Innovation Consulting website,

He would certainly have some good connections with large capitals from China, and this would be a good thing for THC.
