Hi Simon..... your comprehensive focus on the companies you are interested in has always impressed me ...at NRW, Costa and Pilbara Minerals and here too.
As you said before it is the leadership that matters matters most to me, not just the brains but the heart and soul that drives the business.
(That’s why, until recently I held a few shares in one of your other companies, Mineral Resources, and will likely buy back again for the long term when I liberate funds - ie Chris Ellison is very ‘present’ in that business and he has vision and drive going for him and so much more including the the Esperance port).

Back here, I understand your interest in Redflex. It looks poised for something right now, and that convinced director buying by Adam Gray (morevthan three quarters of s million dollars) does seem indicative of future confidence ...
