It could simply be something to do with the reduced market cap with our share price around these levels or possibly lack of diversification ? Let’s face it the Directors are conservative (which isn’t a bad thing in some ways) and have been sitting on a war chest for a while now ? It certainly wouldn’t be anything to do with cash at bank, no debt or profit margins given the current price of IO - IMO of course....
