Just to clarify...the Director isnt buying...., APAC Resources which is part owned by Allied Property which is part owned by the Director is buying.
APAC can buy up to 3% per year I think it is without triggering any takeover requirement. Thats about 34mm shares. The last 12 months they have bought 28MM, so not many more to go then I expect that they will stop.
I am more amazed that people keep selling at these prices than the fact that the majority shareholdiung is buying
