Yes you are correct, so the total renumeration for Paul was $888k, out of this $578k he chose to take as shares. He could’ve taken this as cash. Either way it shows he is highly confident that his shares will be worth a lot more in the future, otherwise just take the cash. I commend the board for issuing the shares at $2.93 which is not much of a discount, hence they are highly confident that these shares will be worth a lot more. Also notice it is a PR Loan Shares, exactly what I was saying.
