Simple fact is director released shares at significant discount to market for cash and then sold his own shares at a significant premium all within a very narrow window... What has changed for the 100% uplift?

Throughout the tenure how has the board acted in shareholders best interest and been compliant on disclosure for business activities...

I know Rumi is brand new so is getting sucked into it a bit but that guy has links to CHP on paper and lives in Canada..Need another Australian director as a minimum and a team willing to get hands on as there really isn't a business to currently run as "Advisors"
