Loy bought those in double price (same way, off market trade). Whats acatually going on? My guess is recent cap raise to his buddies have ensured he can get out even with 1/2 price of his buy price? Or is it do something with the voting?
In any case game is being played, ironically thats not for the share holders interest!!!
