Yes it would be nice for PC to buy shares on market.. BUT, he's a professional CEO, he's a salary man.. he's the man the BOD decided to be CEO and he's doing his job.. he's not the founder of a startup, he's an employee.. he probably thinks that ASX listed companies are just full of a bunch of shonks sucking their SH's dry..
He's not doing that, he's ticking boxes and making things happen.. he's our CEO and doing IMO a great job so far!!!
Can everyone please calm the farm! Franky no analysis or opinion of the deal is really needed, you can't do anything about it anyway, so just sit back and enjoy the ride!
