I wonder if MM put Locanini up to buying some shares so she can put out an announcement to boost the SHs confidence. Knowing no one really believes anything she says anymore. It sounds like a typical MM manipulation move. The interest in Biotron has bottomed out and she does enjoy a good pay packet.
