Would this be a process to separate potential asset price increases to reduce tax requirements over time?the transfer would be valued at the price transferred on the day.
If it were the worst news, any loss would be realised and set against gains of other shares held within Shazo, reducing tax burden.
It would only make sense to transfer an asset if he anticipated it would appreciate in value, or in the case whereby the company was a creditor to AJM and the company was going under. To my knowledge he is not owed any debts apart from that which is within the terms of his contract as compensation for his service and he has not lent mk eh director to AJM from Shazo.
