PE has cost us more than a sp hammering IMO.
A pretty poor finance deal is a direct result, hence my self inflicted comment from a few weeks ago.
I'm almost dead certain the FPSO leasing being dropped, adding 40% to the cost, is down to arbitration also, both CNE's and FAR's.
WPL were happy to go with leasing initially when they lodged the first exploitation plan.
