I made it perfectly clear that a PE fail would be completely and utterly at managements feet. They chose to go to arbitration. I took the chance that we would win, just like I did with Samo, and have 2 black eye's to show for it.
I have not once whinged about my poor investment decisions in FAR unlike yourself who has turned it in to an art form.
