What you have to understand is Regal only bought stock to cover what they shorted at 1.70s plus.
They then buy the stock back off management at 1.35 for a 35 cent profit.
I would be betting they have very little economic interest in ZNO from now either short or long.
Already made money off you and now will watch it scream and squirm all the way back to 20s.
