Hi dodds, I've mentioned before that the importance of the retail shareholders have dwindled because of our dwindling ratio on the registry.
One would assume it's a lot less work dealing with a handful of entities owning three quarters of the company than the hoards holding a quarter.
A cynic or conspiracy theorists could postulate that they diluted the registry on purpose knowing their positions are guaranteed in doing so. The rest put it down to incompetence or bad luck.
it would appear that FAR do not care about the SP. Funny how a low SP will speed the transition of shares out of retail holders to the institutions or possibly speed up dilution with low CR's
Oh well. Probably no point in going to the AGM. Safer to stay away because of corona. it's probably going to be the number 1 excuse given for our woes anyway.
