so cne statement is from today and makes no mention of when the payments where requested and/ or are due or for what amounts and is clearly a verbal update on questions raised post their 2019 AR and FAR is earlier and again no detail but they are material?. I was not aware FAR previously announced to the market every cash call during the exploration phase I must have missed that

I would be more than happy for someone to present the breakdown of project cash calls to production but unlikely to happen as these things are likely to change on a regular basis and as discussed within the JV.

from ur posts u appear to have a narrow view of how these things work re reporting events, recording facts and announcements/compliance as listed company etc but your reference to CNE transcript is very helpful as provided an update of one of our JV partners position and well worth a listen to and a good example of why not to use the HC ignore function
