not sure many here realize a few things have changed since this outbreak have spread across Italy, S Korea and Iran:
1. Oil prices have crashed, far below what FAR needed to make a decent profit (if at all) for its 10B SOI, and
2. This of course will scare off any potential lender, who will worry about how they will get their money back; as being a junior lender, means they will have no claims against FAR's SNE field.
