The recent announcement of 02/03/20 did not cover today's announcement. They are two separate tranches of share sales. The first one was for his personal account which had a tax liability (they said: "to fund the tax liabilities that were generatedby the vesting of performance rights upon his resignation as Managing Director/CEO in 2019") and today's announcement is for his super account which won't have a tax liability.
