However, it does mean he is now more invested in the company. You will probably have noticed a lot of director activity taking place throughout the whole market. Some to accumulate at suppressed prices, some in an attempt to stabilise a share price (silly stuff at this time point) and some probably because now is as good a time to as any if you have the money to exercise options and you don’t believe the share will drop below the exercise price.
