Well fishfordayz, I don't know if the CE Mark approval coming though in a formal statement from the company just after he purchased the shares would constitute insider trading or be included as part of a black out period. Only because the directors have been telling the world that the approval is in "imminent" many times over many yearsBut as to if it is or not OK is way above my pay grade to know for sure. Lets hope the companies many premature CE Mark calls finally comes real.
