Good pickup edshann. Could this be the strategy, and if so, where does that leave us? Maybe they just see it as a cheap buy given they haven't changed the original guidance of circa $10m EBITDA this year. Imagine buying a company for $27m that makes $10m a year. The remaining 50% I'm sure would have significant friendlies in there, so privatisation is clearly an option.
