Just some clarification on the buy back and Twiggy buying on market. A director would not be able to purchase on market if the board were contemplating using the BB at that time, it would breach the inside trading rules and even run foul of the market manipulation guidelines. Their constitution would cover it and the time periods excluded. (Other companies I've been involved with is usually a couple of weeks or if a "material" event occurs).
Much like director blackout trading periods when there is information that may affect the price but has not been released due to commercial or completion reasons.
