Knowing he could convert the loan for 100 M shares at 2.5 cents he did NOT sell down any shares while the price was much higher when MIN was building their position .
He waited until the SP was around the conversion price to convert the loan .
He has acted ethically and in consideration of other shareholders and supported the company when it was most in need .
