..MAY would still want to get their hands on their share of the BYEs as soon as possible...a bird in the hand....then they can sell them at their leisure.....would be the perfect time to pass them out now while the BYE SP is down for MEL and recipients for tax reasons....don’t think MEL need a lot of cash in the next 3 months... I hope they distribute them ASAP.....no one has been rushing to buy MELs for the 3ntitlement...so no reason to hold on to them...
