The problem is if they disburse 20 million BYE's the remaining BYE's may not be enough to fund the Valli follow up well and Cervantes . This is not a market to try and raise equity funding . They could I suppose delay Cervantes as it is an oil prospect . East coast gas near infrastructure may be a better option while the oil war rages .
