You are correct. However it has happened before and was noted as a "Director Loan" that was to be paid back with interest. It could conceivably happen again... although I am not sure how transparent or urgent the company needs to be with it's reporting of such a move.
I didn't say it is DEFINITELY happening... I simply said I wouldn't be surprised.
