HarvestLane better buy up more today to average down. I thought I had bad timing....
Jason exercised 10m options with a consideration of $220,000. according to the substantial notices, he probably sold some of his shares to fund the exercise price and appears to be only selling the shares held in his personal name. This would suggest he is happy with his $$$ exposure as it is.
I would be worried if he started selling substantially more. say an extra 5m shares at this price level.
