    Biosecurity laws will almost certainly cease all work on site.
    How far are they from submitting their EPA submission?
    Do they still need to do any field work? See biosecurity comment above.
    Look at the RWD EPA timeline to get an idea of how long it will take. They face public review, they might avoid the same environmentalists that plagued RWD due to Covid distraction but factor in minimum 12-18 months before gaining environmental approval.

    Not being negative just realistic. Their lake, intended road and port facility will all be under biosecurity control.
