The 100+ residential Pelago units in Karatha are now effectively all leased. I know the original development was not a bed of roses, because it was conceived when the previous mining boom was on, and completed when the slump had started. I am sure the big miners, WA State Government and the Karatha local authority would be keen to see more accommodation available in Karatha. Interested parties could potentially seduce FRI into the idea of a second foray into the Pilbara.
Twiggy loves a bit of limelight, and he has the funds and connections to make things happen, especially if they make good comercial sense. It would be nice if he and FRI could have a chat.
