Hi Pio,
I've been reading your commentary on CCP and find it very interesting.
What are your thoughts on Finbar going forward?
Tracking the company over many years it seems they now have a very solid platform, with land purchased and projects ready to go however the residential market in Perth (or anywhere globally) doesn't look all that bright.
On the other side of the coin, China seems to be recovering, which would lead to a solid base of exports from the Pilbara, which should then support the WA economy. While the mining construction boom that attracted the masses may not be repeated, In the past mining staff moving to WA has been a driver in residential prices. It still seems obvious to me that WA is in for capital growth in the coming years (post Covid-19). The huge gap between median prices in the eastern states and WA has to be closed at some stage, whether we go up or they come down is the question.
Could this be a positive sign for Finbar?
Maybe I'll consult my ebay purchase last week (crystal ball)
