Again I endorse your request for an update - after all their data about sales volumes would only lag the actual retail figures by about 2 days if they have the right systems in place. We live in extraordinary times right now and I feel that they need extraordinary effort to keep owners informed of business direction and performance as well as prioritise the safety and health and wellbeing of staff and customers. At the same time do not expect any miracles this is a slow ship in heavy weather.
